Daily Workout – approx. 0.75 hour – Shoulders

Skipped breakfast and lunch; ate 4, 1/2″ quarter slices of watermelon at 3:00pm. Dinner was 2 hamburger patties over a salad, and night snack was 1/4 cup of walnuts.

Related activities:  I’m a little disappointed this week; I’m uncomfortable being on my feet too much because a callous busted open on the ball of my left foot, and I need to let it heal, so I don’t risk infection.
