Blood Glucose – fasting – 9:00am – forgot to check; I was in a rush this morning, shooting for <100

Daily Workout – Approx. 1 hrs – shoulders

I skipped breakfast and lunch; ate a 1/4 cup of brazil nuts at about 3:30pm.  Dinner was chicken breast dusted with pecan and fried, steamed broccoli, 1 tomato and 1/2 avocado; dessert was 2 slices of pineapple and 1 kiwi.  It was great.

I am really disappointed in myself for missing the blood check this morning; I think I’m a little OC about establishing/maintaining a routine.
