Starting weight, March 7, 2011:  289

After week two, March 21, 2011: 270, only 4 pounds for the week, but still 19 after two.
After week one, March 14, 2011:  274 A whopping 15 pound loss in the first week! :) :) :)

I feel this would have been a better week, but I haven’t had a bm for 2 1/2 days.  I believe my body is adjusting to the primal eating regimen.  Ordinarily I would’ve had about a quart of prune juice by now, but I am trying to allow for a “natural” evacuation.  I’m giving myself until Wednesday.
