Blood Glucose – fasting – 9:00am – 80, 4th day in a row below 100.

Daily Workout – Started going to the gym twice a day; the morning workout will be for the large groups; the evening workouts will be for arms and cardio – approx. 1 1/2 hour – chest, biceps; 20 minutes stationary bike.

Skipped breakfast.  For lunch ate 2oz. chicken and 1/2 cup of whole strawberries .  Dinner at 6:30 was a 6oz. corned beef and 1 cup coleslaw; dessert was about 5″ slice of a quartered watermelon.
