Daily Workout –  Sunday, no workout

Ate 1/4 cup of pineapple for lunch; ate 6oz. ham, 1/2 cup black-eye peas, 1/2 cup squash/onions and 1/2 cup apple salad for dinner.

Week #3 is in the books, looking forward to tomorrow’s weigh-in.
