Daily Workout –  skipped the workout today; I’m just worn out

Ate 1/2 cup roasted almonds and blackberries, 1/2 cup guacamole.  For dinner ate 4 1/2 oz salmon patty, 1 cup coleslaw and 3 slices of pineapple.

Feeling really tired today.
