Daily Workout –  Back, triceps, stationary bike

Skipped lunch; snack on 1/4 cup almonds and 10 cloves roasted garlic; skipped dinner.

Feeling strong, but hungry.

Today is pretty much the 1/3 mark of my primal eating regimen; I made a commitment to myself to try it for 90 days initially.  I believe it is going well. I don’t really miss bread, except for sandwiches.  I don’t miss grains or potatoes at all.  I do miss cheese alot.  Once I complete the 90 days, I’ll probably add cheese back to my diet, in limited amounts.
