Blood Glucose – fasting – 9:00am – 74, 32th day in a row below 100.

Daily Workout – Chest, biceps, stationary bike.

For lunch ate 1/2 cup tuna salad and 1/2 cup guacamole.  For dinner ate a salad of spinach, red pepper, tomatoes, cukes, avocado and 6oz. deer steak.

Blood glucose level is doing great; I was a little worried about the fried plantains I ate for dinner yesterday, but I seem to be processing these foods much better.  I am cautiously optimistic that I will be able to eliminate the metformin, eventually.
