Blood Glucose – fasting – 9:00am – 68, 36th day in a row below 100.

Daily Workout –Back, stationary bike.

For lunch ate a few almonds, some roasted garlic cloves and 3 slices of pineapple; for dinner ate 8oz. fried chicken over spinach salad.

Blood glucose was at 68 this morning, so I did take 1/2 dose of metformin because I was going to eat today.  I’m pretty amazed that glucose levels didn’t drop lower having started the day at 69 and fasted all day yesterday.  Perhaps my systems are starting to function normally again 🙂
