Daily Workout – Chest, Biceps, Stationary bike

Pre-workout whey protein shake; for lunch ate 2-egg fritata.  for dinner ate 1 1/2 cup sausage/peppers/onions/mushrooms and tomato/cucumber salad.

Didn’t sleep well last night, so I felt pretty tired all day; I believe it’s days like this you really have to power through in order to stay on track and committed to the program.
