Daily Workout – Shoulders, Biceps,  Stationary bike

Post-workout whey protein shake, for lunch ate 3 oz. tuna patty; for dinner ate 6 oz. meatloaf, 1 cup coleslaw and some blackberries.

Last night’s primal madness…I don’t remember the content, but present were some ex-comrades from my days at Bellsouth:  Patti, Scott and Jerry…good guys, all.
