Blood Glucose – fasting – 9:00am – 76, 57th day in a row below 100; pretty happy with this, since I ate some pineapple and watermelon late (9:00pm).

Daily Workout – Back, Biceps, Stationary bike

Pre-workout: protein shake and a few pieces of diced melon; Dinner: 2 cups cuban chili and 1 cup watermelon; Post-workout: protein shake

Didn’t sleep well last night, and went in for some blood tests today; I’ll post the results when available.
