Daily Workout – Shoulders, Biceps, Stationary bike

Post-workout: protein shake;  Snack: large dill pickle and a cucumber; Post-workout:  protein shake.

Felt no hunger pangs at all yesterday during the fast, but did feel the void.  Have been feeling strong this week.
