Daily Workout – Back, Triceps, Stationary bike

Snack: 2 strips bacon; Post-workout: Double-Protein shake w/blackberries, banana and pecans;  Snack: dill pickle and 2 strips of bacon; Dinner: fritata and tomato/cuke salad; Post-workout: Protein shake w/blackberries and pecans.

Didn’t sleep well last night, and I felt really faint (like I was going to pass out) after the 1st workout.  I had to sit down while searching the aisles at Rite-Aid.  That’s why I went with the double shake and all the extras for the post-workout drink.
