After week 12, 05/30/11:  236,  4 pounds for the week, 53 total.

After week 11, 05/23/11:  240,+1 pounds for the week, 49 total.
After week 10, 05/16/11:  239,  1 pounds for the week, 50 total.
After week 09, 05/09/11:  240,  5 pounds for the week, 49 total.
After week 08, 05/02/11:  245,  2 pounds for the week, 44 total.
After week 07, 04/25/11:  247,  6 pounds for the week, 42 total.
After week 06, 04/18/11:  253,  5 pounds for the week, 36 total.
After week 05, 04/11/11:  258,  2 pounds for the week, 31 total.
After week 04, 04/04/11:  260,  5 pounds for the week, 29 total.
After week 03, 03/28/11:  265,  5 pounds for the week, 24 total.
After week 02, 03/21/11:  270,  4 pounds for the week, 19 total.
After week 01, 03/14/11:  274, 15 pounds for the week, 15 total.

Great loss for the week, but it is to be expected after a weekend long liquid protein diet.  This is the way I will continue throughout the entire month of June.

Glucose levels remain under control, after halving the evening dosage earlier this week; I am very pleased with this result, and ultimately I expect to be able to eliminate this prescription, along with the supplements,  altogether.
