Daily Workout – Chest, Triceps, Stationary bike…Also had my second boxing lesson tonight

Breakfast: 3oz. chicken salad; Post-workout: Protein shake w/almonds and blueberries; Post-workout: Protein shake w/almonds and blueberries; Snack: Dill pickle.

I don’t eat much anymore, and I rarely feel hungry.
