Snack: 1/2 cucumber; Post-workout: Protein shake w/almonds and strawberries; Snack: 1 cup guacamole; Dinner:  Pork chop and stir fry w/bok choy, watermelon dessert; Post-workout: Protein shake w/almonds and a peach.
