Blood Glucose – not fasting – 9:00am – 111; This is the highest is some time, so I am upping the metformin dosages to a full tab this morning and a 1/4 tab this evening

Daily Workout – Missed the morning workout because of class; Triceps, Chin-ups, Stationary bike.

Lunch: Protein shake; Pre workout: Protein shake-EAS premix; Snack: Dill pickle; Post workout: Protein shake w/strawberries and pineapple.
