Blood Glucose – 7:30am – 81;  metformin dosages 1/2 tab this morning and a 1/2 tab this evening

Daily Workout –  Back…travel day.

Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake w/cranberries and almonds; Snack: walnuts and almonds; Dinner:  shrimp, chicken, meatballs, cheese, pineapple, strawberries.

I’m a little worried about destroying my routine over the next week.  We are traveling to Florida for the 4th, and I’m not going alone.
