Blood Glucose – 7:30am – 79; metformin dosages 1/2 tab this morning and a 1/2 tab this evening.

Daily Workout – stationary bike.

Breakfast: Protein shake EAS premix; Snack: Watermelon; Pre-workout: Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds.

I’m feeling very strong today and looking forward to tomorrow’s weigh-in. I had a great week in the gym and in the kitchen…and my pants feel a little looser as well 🙂

Daily Workout – Triceps, chin-ups and stationary bike.

Breakfast: Protein shake EAS premix; Snack: Watermelon; Pre-workout: Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds.

Feeling a little better today, I must’ve eliminate that restaurant garbage from my system.

Daily Workout – Back (heavy weights) and stationary bike; biceps and stationary bike.

Pre-workout: Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds; Lunch: 3 egg creole omelet and side salad w/balsamic vinagrette: Pre-workout: Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds.

Feeling a little ill this evening; I believe that creole sauce from lunch messed up my stomach a bit. I’ve gotten to where I hate dining out.

Pre-workout: Protein shake w/tea; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds; Lunch: 3 oz. beef jerky and dill pickle; Pre-workout: Protein shake w/tea; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds.
