Blood Glucose – 7:30am – 104;  metformin dosages 1 tab this morning and a 1/2 tab this evening

Daily Workout – shoulders.

Breakfast:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake; Snack: celery, humus, pickle; Dinner:  ham, green beans, tomatoes/mozarella, pineapple, strawberries.

Found a little gym about 10 miles away; did a shoulder workout and felt good; got dinner under control last night.
