Daily Workout – Shoulders, Biceps, stationary bike.

Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout:  Protein shake w/blueberries and cranberries; Snack: Dill pickle and dark chocolate; Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout:  Protein shake w/blueberries, cranberries and almonds; Snack: 1/2 cup pistachios.

Not going to eat for the rest of the week; I want to clean out my system of the stuff I ate over the holiday weekend.
