Breakfast:  Protein shake EAS premix; Lunch:  Protein shake EAS premix; Snack:  1/4 cup almonds and dark chocolate; Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout:  Protein shake w/blackberries and almonds; Snack:  chicken wing and dark chocolate.
