Daily Workout – Back, 1/2 stationary bike, triceps, chin-ups, stationary bike.

Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout:  Protein shake w/blueberries, strawberries and almonds; Lunch: Seafood omelet (watching Gladius play at Rotagilla); Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout:  Protein shake w/blueberries, strawberries and almonds.
