Daily Workout – Chest (timed intervals) and  stationary bike; biceps and stationary bike.

Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout: Protein shake w/flax seeds and sunflower seed butter; Lunch: 4 oz. salmon and dill pickle; Pre-workout:  Protein shake EAS premix; Post-workout:  Protein shake w/flax seeds and sunflower seed butter; Snack: 3 oz. beef jerky.
