I am extremely pleased with the initial week of phase II, a 3 pound loss. My workouts are going well, and I will begin training to achieve the following goals next week:

Phase II Starting Weight: 224
Phase II Goal Weight: 175 Requiring an average loss of 1.7 pounds/week
Bench Press 265 pounds or 1.5 x projected body weight
Dead Lift 350 pounds or 2 x projected body weight
Squat 265 pounds or 1.5 x projected body weight
Military Press 175 pounds or 1 x projected body weight
