My 100 Push-Up Challenge begins today with the initial test. The routine lasts 6 weeks with push-ups performed 3 days per week. I will be doing them on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The results will be posted on those days in the tabular format below. Details on this challenge may be found at OneHundredPushups.com

I did 25 push-ups for the initial test, so the website recommends that I start at week 2 or week 3. I’m going to start at week 2, level 3. Even though I’m starting with the second week, I’m going take take the full 6 weeks for the program because I imagine I’ll have to repeat at least one week.
