6 pound loss for the week, which I feel was partly due to an erroneous measurement for last week. Nevertheless it puts me back on track.

7 Weeks into phase II and I have finally established a starting point for all of the major lifts in my strength goals. As you can see I have progressed much further in some of the lifts than in the others, but I am confident I will achieve all of the goals.

Additionally I had intended to add the 100 push-up challenge last week, but Monday being a holiday threw me off my routine, so I will be starting it today, September 12 ( intial test done yesterday, September 11).
