I performed the exhaustion test for the end of Week 2 of the program and did an astounding 44, YES! 44 push-ups, and I could not be happier with the results; this is an pretty amazing 76% increase over the initial test after just 1 week. ๐Ÿ™‚ I am totally stoked to begin the 3rd week of the program in just my second week!
