Got back on track with a 6.4 pound loss, so I’ve lost a total of 83.8 pounds over 34 weeks for an average of 2.46 pounds per week. πŸ™‚

On average my glucose levels came down a bit in the past week; they are not where I want them to be, but my continuing increased activity level plus the reduction in infection should allow for a continued fall.

I am complying with the doctor’s orders of no heavy lifting, repetitive motions or explosive moves, so my exercise activity has been limited to the stationary bike this week. In addition to the ab crunch machine, I am going to try some body-weigth movements in the coming week.
