Had a gain of 4 pounds this week, I kind of expected a gain due to the recent see-saw trend; I had hoped my increased activity level would counter some of it. I’ve now lost a total of 83.2 pounds over 37 weeks for an average of 2.25 pounds per week. 🙂

My blood glucose levels are starting the downward trend,

I rode the stationary bike at least once every day during the past week, more often than not, I rode twice a day; ab crunches solidly back into the daily routine, and I am upping the reps weekly.
