100 Push-Up Challenge

I started with the 2nd repeat of week #4, and failed to complete the exhaustion set again, but I did progress further, doing a total of 114 pushups over the 5 sets. Something about the 5th set just gasses me, and I can’t seem to push through. I’m going to continue with the repeat of week 4, but I will move on to the week 5 routine next week. The structure changes somewhat, and that may help.

Weekly Weigh-In

Had a nice loss of 3.2 pounds this week for a total of -90.8 and a 47 week average of 1.93 pounds/week.
Glucose levels have been trending down, and I’m very pleased with the weekly results.

I continued with the repeat of week #4, and failed to compete the fourth defined set and the minimum on the exhaustion set again, but I did progress further, doing a total of 129 pushups over the 5 sets. I repeat week #4 again next week.
