Had a nice loss of 3.2 pounds this week for a total of -90.8 and a 47 week average of 1.93 pounds/week.

Glucose levels have been trending down, and I’m very pleased with the weekly results.

Just a slight loss of 1.2 pounds this week for a 45 week average of 1.93 pounds/week. This was my first full week back in the gym and with a new routine, so I’m pretty sure I flooded some muscle tissue that had atrophied from the long lay-off. πŸ™‚ Next week should be a different story.

Glucose levels are trending down again. πŸ™‚

I skipped a couple of weigh-ins over the holidays, leaving me less than surprised about the gain of 9.6 pounds. To date I have lost 85.6 pounds for a -1.95 pounds per week average. I will be weighing-in on Mondays for the next eight weeks as the first year of my journey comes to its conclusion. After four weeks, I was finally able to get back on the scale, and I was shocked to see that I had lost 12 pounds since my last weigh-in. This gives me a total loss of 95.2 pounds for a -2.32 pounds per week average.

I started back at the gym today; I kept it pretty light because I’m still a bit weak from the lay-off, illness, surgery.

Blood glucose continued to improve this past week, and with the gym activity coming up, it will get even better. πŸ™‚

Three weeks without a weigh-in…I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t more than a little concerned about my progress, but I do realize there’s nothing I can do except to stay on the eating regimen and keep a positive mental attitude.

Almost no physical activity this week, and I can’t stand without crutches; until I can, I won’t be able to weigh in.

I’m happy with the blood glucose numbers; I have finally been able to get them to start trending downwards again. I have no doubt that I will get them down to normal range again, once I’m able to restart my workouts. πŸ™‚

Had a gain of 4 pounds this week, I kind of expected a gain due to the recent see-saw trend; I had hoped my increased activity level would counter some of it. I’ve now lost a total of 83.2 pounds over 37 weeks for an average of 2.25 pounds per week. πŸ™‚

My blood glucose levels are starting the downward trend,

I rode the stationary bike at least once every day during the past week, more often than not, I rode twice a day; ab crunches solidly back into the daily routine, and I am upping the reps weekly.

Had a nice loss of 4.4 pounds this week, which puts me in striking distance of the Mendoza Line. I’ve now lost a total of 87.2 pounds over 36 weeks for an average of 2.42 pounds per week. πŸ™‚

My blood glucose levels are continuing to bounce around a bit, but they are still good, and I will get them stabilized again soon.
